The recipes that we cook in our family owned Vietnamese restaurant have been passed down through our families, and are still cooked to celebrate our reunions and other special occasions today!
We were taught by our parents, who were born in Northern Vietnam and at the age of twenty moved to Saigon in Southern Vietnam where they lived for 40 years. They combined the best parts of the flavors and recipes from the two regions and became well-known for their unique signature dishes, such as Bò Lá Lốt, and for the richness of their Phở, as well as many other delicious recipes that we feature in our restaurant.
