Our parents were born in Northern Vietnam and moved to Saigon in the South at the age of twenty, where they lived for 40 years — absorbing the best flavors and cooking traditions from both regions. When they brought those cherished recipes to Sacramento, they blended them into something uniquely their own: richly seasoned broths, delicate fresh rolls, and bold, aromatic dishes like our signature Bò Lá Lốt (beef in Hawaiian leaf).
Every pot of phở is simmered for 20 hours and made without MSG — because we use only high-quality, all-natural ingredients, exactly the way it was done at home.
